I own an Ola Electric S1 and raised a complaint with the reference number 00559727 on September 22nd, 2023. Unfortunately, my experience with their post-sales service has been extremely unsatisfactory. Despite the passage of several weeks, my complaint was closed without any attempt to contact me for resolution.
I found this closure of my complaint without any communication highly unprofessional and frustrating. I consider this a breach of trust and a failure to uphold the commitments made by Ola Electric. Additionally, I took the proactive step of investing in the Ola Care+ plan, costing me INR 2999, in the expectation of receiving timely and efficient support. However, this investment has proven to be of no use, as my complaints have not been addressed or resolved adequately.
I want to bring to your attention that I have reached out to Ola Electric’s customer care on three separate occasions seeking assistance with my complaint, but regrettably, I have received no response from their end. This lack of responsiveness further highlights their disregard for customer concerns and the service they promise to provide.
I would like to request the Consumer Forum to take the necessary steps to address my grievance and ensure that Ola Electric takes appropriate action to rectify this situation. I am seeking a resolution to my complaint and hope for a timely response from Ola Electric regarding the same. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and request your assistance in ensuring that Ola Electric provides the service and support that customers like me deserve.
