Text of Complaint by Trishala Saxena:

My father has booked Ola S1 Pro Scooter on 28th May with a down payment of Rs. 45,000 while the rest of the amount Rs. 1,03,999 was processed for two wheeler loan from IDFC Bank. Later on, since they withdrew the subsidy of Rs.15,000 and started demanding Rs.15,000 more, we decided to cancel the booking on 2nd June, 2023. On various rounds of talks with the sales manager at the Ola Outlet we managed to get the down payment amount back of Rs.45,000 only to find out later that the loan was disbursed. We wrote an email to the Ola Customer Support email but only got automated replies to wait for 7-10 working days. The loan provider bank has not yet received the amount of Rs.1,03,999 from Ola Electric. It’s been over a month since we cancelled the order. My father got an intimation from the bank for the EMI and it happened on 4th July, 2023 my dad’s account was debited with the EMI amount for a vehicle which we don’t even possess. There is no proper customer support helpline from Ola, my father is old and has been visiting Ola outlet requesting them to return the money to the loan provider bank. But they have been extending and delaying to wait for 7 days and so. This is highly unethical of a company. Please help me resolve this issue.
