My scooty broke down a month ago, and I had raised a complaint to repair my scooty (on 11th Aug). I have been calling them everyday for a month, only to hear “please be patient, our team will call you”, but nobody calls.
I get appointments for repair, that I make time to accommodate but people are no-call/no-show.
My tickets have been closed without resolution multiple times and I have no means of escalating the issue, apart of calling customer care, and they too can’t forward my calls to higher ups.
Today is the 11th of September.
