I have raised complaint to ola for repair of schooter my schooter DRL not working in mid of sep 23. Since then I had raised multiple complaint through their app and through costomer careI have taken ola care plus membership. As per condition, Engineer should visit to home and fixed the issue within 48 hours once issue reported. It has been more than 3 month still issue has not fixed. Team is giving daily fake promises.
