Not attending calls,No slot for charged service tooo ,Customer care are useless,No door step service as promised before.Very bad to refer to anyone I’m not using my from past 10 days

Mere ko bhi pagal bnaya hai ola ne.27 ko inhune mujhe call kiya maine kaha ki rate increase ho gya hai main ab nai lunga isko.fir inhune mujhe call kiya ki apko purane rate pe hi milegi agar ap ajj full payment krte ho to yani 29-05-2023 ko.maine inko credit card se full payment kardi.jisme mujhe charges bhi lage emi bnane ke aur intrest ke.ab yani ki 01-06-2023 ko mujhe call ati hai air bolte hai ki apko 15000 aur dalne padege tabi apko milegi.agar itne paise dene hote to main us waqt hi le leta jab rate bada tha.itne main to simple one scooter a jayega jo isse kafi behtar hai.ab agar main refund mangta hu to credit card lenders mujhe charges refund nai karenge.yeh to logon ko pagal bnane ka acha tareka nikala ola walon ne ki customer to dono side fasa hai to payment dalva hi dega.magar aise compony nai chalti jo apne cunsumers ko itna pagal bnaye.componyes ki koi commitment hoti hai yeh to bilkul chor logon ka group hai bus yeh apko loot ta dusre tareke se hai.
