I had purchased a Ola S1 pro in Oct 2022. Since I was eligible for the charger refund, I had uploaded my bank details on the app when prompted. First time Ola updated that bank details were not correct and needs to be updated again, I did that. For all this they wasted 2-3 weeks time although I had updated same bank details. Then they kept on changing the expected date of refund, they did this about 2-3 times. For all this they again wasted 4-5 weeks time. Now for last apprx 2 months it is showing expected date as 31 Oct, today is 8 Dec. I have emailed many times for this and they keep referring to the first case I opened for the this and keep on closing the new case without providing details why refund is not happening. When I call on there helpline, there agents simply say we have forwarded your ticket and we cannot do more on it. Ola is delaying the refund intentionally and not updating customer about why it is not refunding the amount.
