Hi Sir/Madam,
I have reserved a vehicle around 8 months back and then they changed price and then I tried purchased it. After paying amount they called many times and asked me to change another model, without my confirmation they changed. During this process I realised they are not supportive and I may face many problems if I go ahead and buy from Ola Electric. Hence after lot of efforts I have cancelled the vehicle but they are showing in their app around 7thousand less than my actual paid amount. I raised concern many a times but no one replied. Now even after 10 days also they didn’t process even whatever they told that processing. Due to these discussions and negligence, I am having mental disturbances. Kindly act on this. Please ban Ola Electric.
