I have made full payment for ola s1 pro with exchange of my old bike. The delivery was scheduled on 15 Jul 2023. But my exchanged bike was not taken and the status is showing the same. No update was given. Also I cannot able to cancel my order. I try to contact the customer service, but no response se or call back. I don’t what happened to my money which I paid neither I was refunded nor the scooter delivered
