I purchased a Ola electric scooter on 30th of Oct for 72000 rs cash and 80000 rs loan. I was coming back at my home from the office on 27th of Nov at midnight 12 am, when I press the right indicator button scooter has been shut down and one smashed my scooter due sudden stopped. I called to costumer care they advised me to wait for 3 hrs to get tow van. After 3 hrs they took my scooter.
Today is 1st of Dec still I did not get my scooter, after complaining many times they blocked my no. Please help me to give my full refund if possible.
