Text of Complaint by Aniket Raju Thakare:

I am facing service issue from last 15 days, I have purchase the Ola electric vehicle(S1PRO) in the month of April 2023 and having issue while charging the vehicle since last 15 days. Also I have raised 04 request till the time 02 on Ola electric application and 02 on Ola electric customer care but still not received any kind of support from their side. My vehicle is not working from last 15 days and so I am in big trouble now. I have invested all the savings for the purchasing of Ola electric scooter still I have to spend money for the travelling because of worst quality of Ola electric service. I have mentioned both the complaint reference number in below which are closed by the company without my concern or feedback or resolution.
