Text of Complaint by Anupam:

On 20th Aug I placed an order through the Ola app for a OLA SECOND GENERATION PRO 2 . The estimated delivery date provided was 8 OCT -23, which was crucial for me as I had made plans based on this commitment. However, to my dismay, the delivery was not made on the promised date, causing significant inconvenience and frustration.
Today is 24th oct and still my app showing delivery date for today  but there is no update  for delivery  i already planned my  activities accordingly to your delivery dates . Please do not announce false  delivery date if we cannot delivery  the product timely . this seems to be harassment to the customer and i am feeling   very harras by this kind of incident.
