I have booked bike ride of a vehicle on 30.04.2022 at 4.14 PM from uppal, secunderabad to my home at ameerpet CRN 6218652903 at OLA APP. Unfortunately the bike got break down in the middle of the ride at near secunderabad railway station and same was informed to the customer care and I was in the road for assistance for 30 minutes but I have not received any vehicle from OLA. Again I booked many rides in the OLA app but same was cancelled by them. I lost hope and time on Ola Ride. I took Private vehicle reached home. Later I got message that I am Due for the ride Rs.503/- at ola postpaid. But when speak to the customer care, they Informed me that they will not be charged anything. Later I raised tickets and received mail that the amount will be refunded to the sources account. I requested through mails to send refund details but NO RESPONSE from OLA Company.
I was raised several Tickets No. 322453687, 321932456, 320467973, 319986681. still no resolution but i will get false mail that refund will be initiated.
