I had booked an ola s1 pro whose downpayment is around 30933 rupees… now i have to get the scooter cash for which ola people have told to cancel or refund the order…it’s been 5 days since the order was canceled But till now neither the order is canceled nor the refund is processed, my ola purchase number is 0523-GA0398 or registered mobile number is 8700057516….their customer support does not help us, they cut the call from above, no Have talked to the senior. According to their policy, the order should have been canceled within 2 to 3 days.Now they are saying that there is no timelimit for cancellation, it takes 15 to 20 days.
