Dear sir,
Please find the attached Ola invoice number: CRN6351337246. I have booked a cab on 6th June for rental for 3 hrs package for work purposes but it got extended to 4 hrs 40mins. At the end of the day, I transferred Rs.1762/- amount to Mr.Madcha Ravi Kumar through Paytm but it got deducted from an account and it has not credited to his account on that day. So, after one hour again I paid him through google pay on the same day.
After two days, I checked in Paytm whether the same amount is deducted or not. But it has been deducted from my account and credited to his account.
He has received the same amount twice. I called him on this number:9121345988 and informed him to return the amount but he didn’t do and did not respond to the call.
I have been informing ola customer support about the same issue through email: [email protected] they were not responding and when I’m raising the ticket they were marking it as a resolved issue.
