The Customer Service is the worst of Ola Electric. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times, the call hold time is around 20 to 25 minutes. After they answer the call, they tell you something which isn’t related or they’ll tell you they will call you back within 24 hours. Nothing happens after that. I’ve sent tons of emails which resulted only in my abysmal dissatisfaction. Please take legal action against this company.
