My name is Rathod Dhawal Maheshbhai. Ola Electric Mobility Pvt. Ltd. The company cheated me so I am filing a complaint against them.

I booked Ola scooter on 20/5/2023 by paying Rs.138999 with the help of Ola app. After that, on 29/5/2023, a call was received from Ola company that you should take insurance today so that we will deliver the scooter to you in 2 days.
Means I was supposed to get the delivery on 31/5/2023, but I was not delivered the Ola scooter and am being told to pay extra Rs 15000 in my Ola application from 1/6/2023. Ola company did not sign any such term and condition with me at the time of deal that if the government changes the Fame 2 subsidy then you will have to accept whatever changes happen or you will have to cancel your Ola scooter and refund the payment Have to take
I uploaded all my documents on the day of booking my Ola scooter 20/5/2023. As much as was asked and all my document verification was also completed on the second day.
Now Ola company tells me that we were unable to register your scooter before 31st May 2023 due to high order of Ola scooters and after that change from 1st June 2023 to fame to subsidy will charge me 15000 extra Telling to do. Ola company did not register on time even after making advance payment on time. In that he was asking me to pay for his mistake. Please do proper justice to us.
