I have booked the ride on dated 29-12-20 by changing the payment method through Cash. I had completed the ride & pay Rs.336 to driver for my ride. after that the same amount deducted from my Ola postpaid wallet. due to that I have to pay the same amount to Ola cabs which I have already paid to driver. why should I paid twice & I have raised the query against this incidence on 30-12-20 the query is still pending form the same date & not solved till date. besides that they charge penalty every month & I was received daily two to three outstanding call. due to Covid situation I m not able to call customer care directly because they have closed all the customer care number. but the outstanding calls I received twice or thrice on everyday basis. I have explain all the detail to outstanding people then also there is no call from any customer support team from last three month .I m really harreshed by this things .now they have started to contact me on WhatsApp also its really frustrating . My query is not resolved for 336 rupees.& they had done almost more than 336 calls. I want justice for this harreshment & for my honesty. I have used earlier this postpaid wallet facility & I have clear the dues regularly there is never complaint from my side. but regarding this query I want solution & without my fault why should I pay twice.
