I took an OLA cab, white dzire from Sector 86, Faridabad to Chankyapuri, New Delhi at 2 PM on 04 Apr.
On completion, the Cab driver Mr Vishwas Kapoor told me to pay in cash.
I paid Rs. 603 in cash to his phone number (registered with Ola) 9643445150 through my Paytm.
Since I was not able to change the payment setting on my phone, he insisted that as a driver he has the option to close payment at his end.
After 2 hours, when I got a message of outstanding Ola postpaid payment from Ola, I called the driver.
He said that he is calling up Ola and they will reverse it in 24 hours.
I waited for 2 days. When I called up driver again, he said that mam it will be done.
4 days post the ride, I called up Ola support to raise a complaint regarding charging twice for my ride.
Its now been 17 days since the ride. Despite repeated mails, support calls, there hasn’t been a single response besides an automated mail generated response of updating same ticket number #316250856.
As a customer, I have rather been harassed where I have been receiving several messages, mails and calls everyday for outstanding payment and for last 3 days also with late fees!
