I have an OLCARE+ subscription and my scooter has been dead for almost 14 days and despite me raising several complaints, I’m not getting the required support and resolution to resolve the scooter issue. Scooter is not powering on and looks completely dead. Due to this I’m unable to unlock the scooter. I’m also not getting the towing service from Ola electric.
