I had booked a cab from Ola app from the Coimbatore airport to Dhyanalinga at 12:45 pm on 6th of April. Reference number: OSN 413912547. The cab driver didn’t follow the Google map navigation and dropped me somewhere else where there were no roads. So I had to walk to my destination with two heavy suitcases for half an hour. I called Ola regarding this and they are not providing me with the refund.
