I am using ola cabs app past few years since it has been launched, recently they have a post paid option which I have never been aware of it and i regularly book thru ola for my self and my relatives once they have completed their trip by ola auto my relatives and myself used to pay directly to the driver by cash some times by Gpay. For recent few trips we had done the payment as usual and suddenly ola starts sending me whatsApp messages and sms saying have some amount of postpaid bill is pending which I have never aware and agreed to postopaid option except cash paid bill i sent them my gpay screen shot explains them I have already paid. After all they are threatening by sending whatsApp messages that they will come to my home address and and take actions. Please help me.
