OLA CHARGED ME MORE THAN THE ACTUAL FARE INSPITE OF COMPLAINING MULTIPLE TIMES THEY HAVE NOT RESOLVED THE ISSUE, DID NOT REFUND EXCESS AMOUNT DEDUCTED AND HAVE ASKED ME TO FOLLOW THE LEGAL WAY.WHEN I COMPLAINED THEY HAVE WRONGLY GIVEN ME REPLY STATING I WAS AT FAULT AS I CHANGED MY LOCATION WHEREAS I GOT OFF THE LOCATION I HAD INITIALLY REQUESTED FOR.
THIS HAS HAPPENED QUITE A FEW TIMES NOW THAT THEY CHARGE MORE THAN ACTUAL FARE
