I had a single ride on OLA cabs for last year October 14. Driver asked me to pay by cash. Hence i paid my cash Rs.194 to the driver. I get shocked after 1 month my payment is still pending in my OLA account so that i m unable to use the services until payment due is cleared.
I can’t accept for that to pay 2 times for a single ride.
I contacted there customer care after long research ( very difficult to catch them) , but no use. They told me to, we cannot able to help you and cut the calls frequently.
I want to raise a consumer complaint against OLA Cabs for this and also their rude behaviour to the customers. I m very disappointed for their services.
I request to please take a severe action against OLA cabs for not repeating this in future for any customer.
