On April 4th at around 7.30 am I took an Ola Cab from Dadar TT which broke down after a few kms, soon after coming on the west side from the flyover. The car wouldn’t start after multiple attempts. So I was forced to take a Black & Yellow cab. Shifted my luggage and went to my residence.
A few days later, while booking another cab from Ola, I saw some outstanding amount pertaining to my 4th April ride. Surprisingly, the ride was showing ‘completed’ and full fare is being charged for that.
I tried to reach the Ola support but in vain. So I wrote to them on twitter.
Finally today morning (08th April) I could reach them and explained the exact situation.
Unfortunately, Ola continues to say that the ride as completed and that i have to pay the fare for that, else, i wont be able to book another ride with them.
