Kindly find the screenshot of the payment done twice to the same ride when driver said payment not received
First payment was done though app second payment was done to driver

I HAVE RECEIVED SEVERAL TICKET NO FROM SUPPORT BUT NOTHING RESOLVED -00692707/15448389 IS THE LATEST ONE Now they are saying they cant work on my request anymore, as the time line to process the request is exceeded. I tried multiple times to OLA customer care and contacted them using mail, but they did not refund my money. Request you to work on my request and make sure my money is returned back along with the compensation for wasting my time and pain i have suffered in requesting them for many days
