I had taken an Ola cab ride in February, 2022 in Bangalore. As known as a common occurrence, even though I had opted for online payment, the driver forced me to pay him in cash or else he would have canceled the ride which I needed urgently. Since that day Ola has been harassing me constantly to pay for the ride online even after me telling them the entire incident. They keep adding exorbitant charges and have been threatening me with legal notice if I don’t pay them the money. Their executives have been calling and messaging me for up to ten times daily. Every time I explain it to them, they stop communicating and a new person calls me again.
This also shows how they’re sharing my personal information with everyone as these executives have started harassing me from their personal numbers.
I humbly request the forum to put an end to my misery and have Ola apologise for this incessant torture.
