I booked ola cab fro my home to Bangalore airport it’s cost 1512 change but when I tried paying through online due to technical problem the driver not able to accept money hence i paid through cash. After 30 min when I saw the app it was showing still pending and i contacted driver he said to contact ola support and inform them. I called and elobrated my query so ola support team took Driver in conference he confirmed that he took cash due to technical problem and ola support register complaint its’s been 5days i travelled to Delhi and not able to book my cab. Because of technical problem the driver not able to accept amount through online hence i apid through cash. But still it’s showing pending. From 5 days i am trying to contact ola support no one is responding to my query.
