I had taken OLA outstation from Coimbatore to Ooty for 2 days . The Driver said that OLA cabs are not allowed in OOTY hill station, and he said that we have to pay extra for side seeing in Ooty and he had charged me for that RS 4700 extra other than OLA bill of RS 7973. I had attached all the bills OLA bill of RS 7973 , Royal Cabs & Tours bill 1 : 1500 and Royal Cabs & Tours Bill 2 : 3200 (Total Royal Cabs & Tours is 4700)
I had raised a complaint with OLA Ticket no f364474059 and OLA has not responded even after many remainders.
It is not just me, all other Tourist are suffering as they think that OLA is a Good Company, and they trust the brand and if there is an issue OLA is not responding the dont even have a call center to address complains.
Please take necessary action as many foreign Country Turist also come to India and if they get cheated from company like OLA it will create a very bad image on India.
