I have booked a bike for me on uber at first,the biker delayed to come about 10 mins. And after that he called me to forward about 200meter,I have selected amazon pay option ,but when the biker arrvied he asked me to pay cash or paytm buy i denied that i have selected amazon pay option after that also he took me phone coercion and started cheching my patym on app his behaviour was also very rude then i tell him that i am 15 years old i do not have an paytm account online ,after that also he coercion me to take money from my pg and pay him cash in advance ,then after he said me to cancel the ride from my phone and book on ola after that he accepted the request on ola and then he ended the trip there ,the i book another bike and reached home ,after that have received a message that i was charged 20Rupee on amazon automatically
,After that i also got a message that on uber also that 21 rupees are deducted for cancellation fee ,then i put a complaint on uber for unnecessary and then i get refunded from uber but on ola app there is no option to Complaint and the calling number us coming invalid,so i have been searched on google and i found this site to complain for ola
