Request for Bike Replacement Due to Negligence in Service
Dear Ola Electric Team,
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided at your Goa Verna Authorized Service Center regarding my Ola bike (Reg. No: GA 03 AU 0173).
My bike has been lying at the service center since 28th July, awaiting a replacement battery which has been out of stock for over two months. Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no proper update, no proactive call from the service team, and no timeline for resolution.
I have already visited the service center five times, each trip being around 110 km up and down, resulting in wastage of time, money, and effort. Each visit has been unproductive as the battery is still not available.
Additionally, I had clearly informed that my Ola app is not working, making it impossible for me to track my repair status. Even after repeated complaints, there has been no fix provided.
What is most concerning is that my bike is kept outside in the rain with its charging tank lid open, risking severe rust and damage after warranty. When I raised this with the service manager, I was told not to worry and that “the bike will be made like new at delivery.” Frankly, I cannot trust such assurances, especially after this prolonged negligence.
Due to:
• Unavailability of the battery for over two months,
• Continuous delays and lack of communication,
• Negligence in safeguarding my vehicle at the service center, and
• The mental, financial, and physical stress caused,
I strongly request a replacement of my bike at the earliest. The repeated follow-ups without resolution show complete disregard for customer care and service quality.
I expect Ola to take strict action on this matter immediately and provide me with a clear resolution. Please treat this complaint with urgency and respond at the earliest.
