Hello,
Have already paid cash to cab driver. My ride CRN no is – 6678290030. Ride date was September 23. Have paid him cash because he said he have an ola app issue and asked me to pay cash which showed me when I book cab. It was 574/- Rs. I paid him because we are at airport and hurry for are checking procedures. After I return the money showing in my app to pay, immediate i call that cab driver and ask so he said madam it’s may be some app issue.
Please look into it. As it’s not appropriate that ola charging me double, thereting me that filing complaint and all.
