A) On 21st April 2023, i had booked OLA cab (thru their app) from Vashi, Navi Mumbai to
Mumbai International Airport (T2). CRN no. 7261751278.
B) Upon reaching the destination, due to some reasons the google pay app was not working
and since i had a flight to catch i paid the driver Mr. Mohammad Rs.738/- in cash.
C) From the afternoon of 21st 2023 i am denied using OLA app and have been asked to pay
Rs.738 by app. I have attached a screenshot for your kind perusal.
D) Even their customer service is unresponsive despite advising them to confirm with the driver
that i have paid in cash.
E) I have seen a similar complaint of OLA trying to fraudulently trying to extort money.

F) I have too asked them to remove the notice to pay them.
G) This is a criminal act on the part of the driver to rob me.
H) You are kindly requested to intervene and sort out this issue.
