I purchase a R30 okinawa brand scooty from India Okinawa showroom which is at Madhyamgram, west bengal on 23.04.23. The bill is attached herewith.
It started giving problems from the very next day.
The scooty wont accelerate. Battery issue is also there. But today on 28.04.23 it is accelerating on its own without me accelerating it. Then i disconnected the battery. Somehow i got it home. It is stopping in the middle of the road and its not even a week old. I want my refund or please change it otherwise I will have to knock the doors of consumer court.
I think there must be a manufacturing defect.
