I’m the owner of Okinawa price pro and it’s 2 year old vehicle and I got done the regular service in B3 bikes erode(your existing dealership) but I think you have given the new partnership with https://okinawascooters.com/store/energy-motors/ (they are doing multiple dealership) nowadays I’m facing the issues with my battery. It goes only 20 km per/charge. If I ask the reason for the mentioned dealer, they are not responding properly even though they don’t know how to resolve the issue . I’m not sure why you are giving the partnership to these kinds of companies. They are totally damaging the Okinawa brand name. Please suggest how I can resolve this issue and where can I go?
