Text of Complaint by Sanjay Shiyani:

I HAVE PURCHASED OKINAWA OKHI – 90, ON 07/09/2022, FROM ADLUNA ENTERPRISE (OKINAWA AUTHORISED SHOWROOM), GANDHINAGAR, GUJARAT.
MODEL OKHI – 90
NUMBER – GJ 18 DP 6784
OWNER :- SANJAY SHIYANI
MO. NO. – 98792 04556

AFTER 4 TO 5 MONTHS OF PURCHASE, THE ABOVE SAID OKINAWA SHOWROOM WAS PERMANENTLY CLOSED. THEY HAVENT INFORM THE CUSTOMER WHERE TO SERVICE OUR SCOOTERS.

ON 25/08/2023 MY OKHI-90 , STOPPED RUNNING, THEN I CALLED RSA TEAM, ONE MECHANIC CAME TO MY SPOT AND CHECKED, BUT PROBLEM NOT SOLVED, HE TOLD ME THAT SCOOTER WILL BE TOING TO NEAREST SHOWROOM THEN YOUR PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED.

AFTER THAT I HAVE received CALL FROM RSA TEAM, THEY GAVE ME CONTACT DETAILS OF “NAVIN AUTOLINK” AND “DELIGHT AUTOLINK” (OKINAWA SHOWROOM IN AHMEDABAD), AND TOLD ME TO CONFIRM SERVICE FROM DEALER.

IN WHICH NAVIN AUTOLINK’S MOBILE NUMBER WAS CONTINUED SWITCH OFF, WHILE DELIGHT AUTOLINK HAVE PICKUP PHONE. BUT THEY TOLD ME THAT WE ONLY SERVE OUR CUSTOMER, WHOM HAVE PURCHASED VEHICLE FROM US. OUTSIDER CUSTOMERS ARE NOT SERVED HERE.

SO I HAVE CONTACTED OKINAWA CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER 1800-419-2224, BUT LINE WAS ALWAYS BUSY AND HAVEN’T GET ANY CALL BACK FROM THERE. I HAVE TRIED WHATSAPP CHAT BUT HE JUST GIVE ME EMAIL ID OF SERVICE MANAGER AND THATS ALL. NO SOLUTION FROM THERE.
