I had purchased Ogeneral window AC in 2022 and after one year i had also purchased AMC from them, now after purchasing the AMC, my AC unit is not working and service guy came and told that there is leakage in gas and that part will need to be changed and now it is pending from last 20 days neither they are contacting nor they are resolving the issue.
