Hello Team ,
By wht basis you guys are hire ppl for the offline customer rep ? We are paying money for every call and msg , you guys are giving a free services to the ppl . The lady who attend me on 8th jan 2019 around 7.30 PM at velcherry chennai tamilnadu is terribly unfit for her job . The way she responded is really hurts alot and dis respect . of course for airtel million of customers are there. but you should have some common sense how to treat the customer . I dont know her name and in that show room , no ventilation no fan and no AC , just like a store room . I came there for my postpaid to pre paid account . but she is unfit for her job , and not even concerned about the customer .
