I am Customer of Airtel Fixed line having monthly plan of Rs. 799 + taxes. I was used to pay the bill for 6 months. On 22.11.2020 bill was generated for 6 month with 799 plan and i had paid it. and the same was repeated on next due 22.05.2021.
Airtel has changed its Plan on 07.09.2020, but they not intimated and nor changed our plan from 799 to 499 on next due which was on 22.11.2020.
In May, 2021, when I asked them for reduction and refund my money back, they dined and changed my plan and make it 499. from that day. They had actually taken 300/ Per Month (799-499) for 9 months = Rs. 2,700/-
