I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the delay in installation of my Aquaguard water softener. As per the confirmation provided by your team, the installation was scheduled for 12 February 2026. However, despite the committed date, the installation has not been completed, and I have not received any proper update or follow up from your service team.
This delay has caused significant inconvenience, as the water softener is essential for daily household needs. I expect timely service from a reputed brand like Aquaguard, and such delays are highly disappointing.
I request you to kindly look into the matter urgently and arrange for the installation today at all cost or return my paid amount Rs 10,000/-.
I would also appreciate clear communication regarding the revised installation date and the reason for the delay.
Please consider this as my official complaint and take the necessary action at the earliest.
