On 13-11-23, We almost 30 people are been waiting since 10:00am at Vasai west RTO office, but none of the officer / staff is available to attend us. It’s been more than 1.5hrs we are waiting. In the world of digital system to save time, here citizens are wasting time just waiting for rto office and start process. No punctuality of time.
