Myself Ilina Sarkar and I showed interest in a data entry job(just as a part time time pass) for right way database solutions.They offered me 22k payment for 10000 captcha entry(each day) for 10 days.They haven’t send me any offer letter or agreement details or no bank account information shared with them in this regards.
Now when I am not able to do it after 10 days they mailed me saying I have to pay 4.5k to a particular number by gpay or phonepay to avoid legal notice.I ignored this and now they r calling me regularly at 2 hours interval saying they will take my parents to custody and fine me 2 lakhs. THEY ALSO SEND ME MESSAGES from QPATVTSF saying legal notice has been generated and now under section 420 indian pinal code court will take action against me.
I am not sure what to do next although I have failed a complain against them in Onlinelegalindia portal also reported a online cyber crime. Please anybody here can suggest what to do.
