I was looking for online part time job in data entry and against the same I got call from HRK data services, Gujarat. They offer me to fill 1000 forms online for which they are ready to pay me Rs. 20300/- as my first income after deducting their registration Rs. 5700/-. Finally, they ask me to send my signature and photograph, which they used to draft a contract on Rs. 100/- stamp paper ( Stamp No. BZ 31206, issued dated 19/09/2019), which is already expired. After receiving this contract, when I tried to cross check this stamp paper on web, I found it as a fake document. Interestingly, there are so many stamp paper available with same number but different companies name. Now, then I realize this company as fraudulent. Furthermore, as per the research over the web, I know if I do not complete the task assigned by their end on time, they will try to threaten me for giving money as they mentioned in their contract. Furthermore, they will definitely try to call me in the name of fake Advocate, and they will try to rob money from me, failing which they will surely threaten me for giving court legal notice. I am writing this complaint, so that others persons may not suffer like this and some suitable strict action would be taken against them. For complaint reference point of view, here I am upload the copy of contract.
