I applied for a personal loan. After entering my personal details. They offered me ₹50, 000 as loan amount.
For availing this amount they app asked me ₹750 as membership fees. I paid it. Later they asked ₹2500 as processing fee and promised to to get refunded immediately. I relied and made the payment. I wait for money. It’s not get credited. I talk with the customer service executive and he said my account number is not correct and to make ₹ 10,000 to unfreeze my account. I don’t know how it went wrong. I entered it correctly. I made that payment too. Then they told me to make a payment of ₹15000 to make my bank account to get active. I made that too. Totaly, I paid Ram 28,250 to them. Now they are asking Rs. 20,000 because I having a lower credit score. Then I realised they are fraud. Now their service executives are not taking calls or reading my messages. Please kindly do the needly.
