I had booked a flight ticket on Flipkart Travel on Nov 4, 2020 using the coupon code FLYDIWALI and with Booking ID FF20110410010047. Under this offer I was supposed to receive a Taj Experiences Gift card of INR 2000 which I did not receive. After lodging a complaint with Flipkart through email and by calls (last Complaint ID is IN2011281532484862983), they have still not provided me the voucher and are not giving me any updates either on emails or calls. This is a case of pure cheating and lies from Flipkart. When I call their customer service number 1800258 3535, they say that my complaint will be forwarded and assure me that a response /call back will be made to me but that never happens. I was also told by their back-end team (Avishek and Himanshu) once that the voucher has been emailed on Dec 7 or Dec 8 which was a complete lie from them, I asked them to re-send it if they really have issued it. Later I was told that my case was under processing and the voucher was not issued. No reply from them as they have no honest intentions to issue the voucher.
Flipkart Travel cannot be trusted and they are cheaters.
