im using airtel from last 4 years,many time faces problem ,now this time i want to show public how they treat consumer complain
i was recharging airtel number with 399 plan then pop up comes within airtel app that pay extra 50 rupees for 500 mb per day extra(it means my plan change from 1.5 gb /day to 2 gb/day but this doest reflect in my account after recharge
,i tried to contact customer care but they made their 121/198 so good that they tried to avoid you to call them ,however after a lot of struggle i had contacted with them,after explaining ,they said their is not such offer,serisously,its your app,u cant denied that their exist an offer,its not about 50 rupees but its about ur fraud,now i also posted it on twitter with screenshot,i will not stop so early ,i will continue to aware people about this fraud
looks like my time with airtel will gonna end
