I have applied for job opportunity in Abroad location Tanzania, regarding this i received a call from Prosper Fly Consultants from Chandigarh who are providing a job in Tanzania and other countries as well, i agreed for Tanzania location and for starting up the procedure they asked for Money Rs 70000. After completing all the procedure the told me that i am eligible for Tanzania. Visa processing that they can,t share this details with me due to confidential of company.
This process has been started from 15 December -2023 1. That you being engaged in the business of supplying man power to the companies situated in different countries of Africa and Arabian and in the course of your business, you find a job of safety officer for my client in C.S.I Constructions, Plot no. 127, Nyerere Road P.O Box 10795 Dar es Salaam united republic of Tanzania vide offer latter dated 26.11.2022 which was duly acknowledged and signed by me.
That as per terms and conditions of the employment travel expensive that is ticket to Tanzania was to be provided by the employer company C.S.I. Constructions, for that purpose, you demanded Rs. 65,000/- as service charge from me and i the hope of getting job transferred a sum of Rs. 25,000/-(two times) and Rs. 15,000/- through R.T.G.S on 16.03.2023 total amounting to Rs. 65,000/- as service charge to you. He also provide me two times air tickets False.
after 16.03.2023, contacted you several times and inquired about the arrangement of the ticket telephonically as well as through what’s app chat but they failed to arrange the ticket to my and has so harassed that i drop the idea of getting the job and i asked you to refund the amount of Rs.65,000/-.
That it has come into the knowledge of me that by adopting this you have cheated several persons including Sh. Ganesh Kumar and Sh. Rajan Prasad. or Harun Mohammed.
That your illegal and fraudulent practice has caused unwanted mental tension and harassment to me. i did not join any other service for the last six months and all these activities have caused vagrancy to me. I request you kindly do the needful and help me out to get my money back i.e Rs. 65000/- from Prosper Fly Consultants,
