i had received an offer through sms or in my airtel app that you will get extra 5 GB of data in any pack of 448 or 499 and 558. I recharged with 499 on ( 28 oct. 2018 ) . But I received only data pack did not get any extra benefit. I call customer care they did give me answers satisfyingly. They were miss behaving. And they also not have anser about. It. They were only repeating that you have no offer now with 499. And also not accepting that I received offer sms through the company. When i say to give them an proof screenshot of offer which i get through sms. they disconnected the call. And they also remove offer from my airtel app. But in sms i have an screenshot . Please help me. Only i want to say that why you send me offer if it was not. They cheated with me
