I am writing to request with a help of a full refund for a recent issue with my Odoo subscription for website development.
On May 10th 2024, I purchased a subscription through a quotation link provided by odoo salesperson via email and WhatsApp. Unfortunately, I encountered several problems:
1. Subscription Cancellation: I attempted to cancel my subscription after a month, but the cancel subscription option was unavailable.
2. Unintended Autopay: In an effort to avoid further charges, I removed my debit card to avoid further charges.
3. Multiple Payments: I was pressured to pay for the previous month’s subscription to activate the current month, even though the previous month’s access was unavailable. This feels like a misleading tactic.
4. Uncontrolled Deductions: Due to the autopay activation error, Odoo continued to deduct funds from my account through upi autopay until my balance was depleted.
Following these issues, I contacted their support team. However, despite repeated communication and extensions, I haven’t received any refunds.
Therefore, I am requesting a full refund for the following:
Multiple Payments: The amount deducted multiple times via upi autopay i.e ₹896.80 x 3 = ₹2,690.40/- . and
Subscription Fee for Unused Month: The amount deducted for the Previous month’s subscription i.e ₹896.80/- , which I did not have access to.
I have attached all relevant proofs of deductions, including the quotation pdf, payment receipts, and communication history with odoo support team and sales person (if applicable).
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Please do me a justice and help me get my money back. If you require any additional information to process my refund request. I look forward to a swift resolution.
