I returned a toy which was sent to me in place of earpods .on 13th September it was picked up..and i am still waiting for my refund.after making more than 20 calls to your customer care, i was informed that RNN number is not generated but refund has been processed,therefore my money has not been credited in my account..i am daily writing mails to ur customer service and i am asked to wait..they have no resolution because they have esclated the matter to the concerned team.
I have taken this issue to all the social media platforms…twitter, facebook everywhere..still no help received from ur team not even a single call ..forget about the refund..u people are cheating customers with their hard earned money…sorry to say that Amazon is no more a company we trusted and should be out of the indian market.
