My daughter is in 8th class, studying IGCSE syllabus. I was looking for tuition and found ODA tuition online. They claimed they are strting a new batch and tricked me into paying the fee of Rs 20,000 for my daughter’s tuition saying it’s the last day for availing the discount, promising me that IGCSE syllabus will be covered and 100% money back guarantee in case parent is not satisfied. Once the course started, they failed to provide tuition for IGCSE syllabus, which my daughter needs, the teachers are of pre-school standard. I requested for refund within the time limit termed in conditions. Since then neither teachers, nor mentors are taking my calls and barred my number. There’s no response via emails by support team.
